Rainbow International College (RIC) initially began as Rainbow International Boarding Secondary School, is one of the rapidly growing co-educational institutions established in 2050 (1994) by a professional team of well experienced scholars, experts, enthusiastic academicians, faculties and educationists of having a very long experience in caring and offering professional advice to students. The college is located at the heart of Kathmandu, Metropolitan City, Dallu/Chhauni Kathmandu near the foothill of Swoyambhu.

The outstanding performance of students with remarkable success and public demand with the support of the intellectuals encouraged us to extend our programs up to 10+2 in Science, Management, Humanities and Education from the academic session 2004 AD affiliated to Higher Secondary Education Board (now NEB) and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), Bachelor in Humanities and Social Sciences (B.A.) and Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS) and Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) have been running since academic session 2006 AD. Inspired by the success of 10 +2 & Bachelor level, RIC has started Master’s Degree in Business Studies (MBS) and Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed) specializing English & EPM from the academic session 2009 AD. All Bachelors and Master Degree programmes are affiliated to Tribhuvan University.
